The HMP planetary mixer is a highly efficient mixing equipment specially designed for the production of high-quality concrete and special mortars. Its core advantage lies in: Fast stirring speed, uniform mixing with no dead corners. The equipment employs a unique planetary transmission principle. This design generates intense shear, convection, and diffusion effects on the material, thereby... Greatly shortens mixing time and boosts production efficiency. It can also thoroughly address the segregation issues commonly encountered in conventional mixers, ensuring perfect macro- and micro-level blending—from aggregates to trace additives. This model is particularly well-suited for applications requiring high viscosity and stringent uniformity standards.
Transmission device
The transmission system is driven by a motor that powers a hardened-tooth-surface reducer. An elastic coupling or connector can be optionally installed to evenly and efficiently distribute power to each mixing unit, ensuring high efficiency and low noise operation of the mixer. Additionally, this system features high stability and low maintenance costs.
Maintenance door
To facilitate equipment inspection and cleaning for customers, a large-sized maintenance door has been specially designed and equipped with safety control devices, ensuring safe and convenient operation during maintenance.
Hydraulic pump station
The specially designed hydraulic pump station can meet the requirement of configuring multiple discharge gate switches for the mixer and features a manual discharge function. In case of emergency, the discharge gate can be opened manually.
Discharge device
Depending on different customer requirements, the discharge gates can be opened and closed using pneumatic, hydraulic, or other methods. A sealing device is also incorporated into the design to ensure a tight and reliable seal. The maximum number of discharge gates that can be opened simultaneously is three.
Stirring device
The specially designed mixing device uses a planetary shaft installed inside the cylinder to drive the mixing blades, which perform thorough mixing by means of compression and flipping actions on the materials.
Waterway device
The water circuit adopts a bottom-mounted design, and the nozzles are spiral-conical, providing fine, uniform atomization with a large coverage area, ensuring more even mixing of the materials.
