1. loud noise:
This situation can be divided into two categories. First, the noise is loud when mixing, which may be caused by foreign matter entering the mixer. Second, if it is a loud noise during idling. In this case, it is necessary to check whether the lubricating oil on the bearing is sufficient. Bearing friction due to insufficient lubrication. The inspection of lubricants should be strengthened. Third, check whether the agitator is deformed due to severe friction with the cylinder wall.
2. Motor failure.
If the motor cannot run, check whether the field voltage is low and whether the motor wiring adopts two-phase power. The general stone paint mixer uses three-phase electricity. If two-phase electricity is used, the motor cannot run and the power is insufficient.
3. Equipment bearing overheating;
This is mainly due to insufficient lubricating oil, so users should pay attention to adding lubricating oil to the equipment regularly.
4. Rattle.
If there is any abnormal sound in the mixer, stop the work in time and clean up the sundries in the mixer.
5. The mixing motor of the true stone paint mixer does not work.
Confirm that the mixing drum locking device is locked and the limit switch is reset.
